What Grid22 doesn't do

Service delivery

Grid22 uses Vercel to host and deliver the site. Vercel automatically processes technical request information. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

This information is used to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and protect it against abuse. Where applicable, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing Grid22.

Preferences on your device

Grid22 uses your browser's local storage to remember theme, display, gallery, and export preferences. These settings remain on your device and are not sent to Grid22. Use Reset display preferences or clear this site's data in your browser to remove them.

Email

If you email Grid22, your address and message are used only to read and reply to your request. They are not added to a mailing list, used for marketing, or sold. Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable record of the conversation.

Providers and international processing

Vercel may process technical information in the United States and other jurisdictions under its own Privacy Notice and applicable transfer safeguards. Grid22's fonts, scripts, styles, and icons are served from its own domain.

Retention

Browser preferences remain until you reset or clear them. Vercel determines retention of technical service data under its policies and account configuration. Email is removed when it is no longer needed for the conversation or a reasonable related record.

Your rights

Grid22 is operated by Luis Villasmil in Chile. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information associated with you. You may also object to certain processing and file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Send privacy requests to hello@grid22.design. Grid22 has no user accounts and may not be able to associate a visitor with a specific technical log. Additional personal information will not be collected solely to identify a visitor.

Grid22 does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them. It is free and does not process payments.

Changes

If Grid22 changes how it handles information, this page and the date above will be updated before the new practice launches.
